Pros
Great place to work if you're looking to work for a company that allows you to wear many hats and learn as much as you can within capacity. I worked in the D.C. office so free parking and cafeteria onsite were a huge plus.
Cons
BET pays below average salary compared to other companies. Also, senior level management politics can get pretty ugly and those who are below senior level can get caught in the crossfire. Constant company reorganization changes are made with very little thought to what the productivity outcome will be and the impact on the business.
