If you are looking for a place where innovation and having ideas are wanted and appreciated, BETA is not it. Its focus is on maintaining the status quo in all areas - process, systems, even business growth. They are cool with not growing the business - it's like win some, lose some. No biggie. There is no strategy here. This can be a good place for newbies to learn or near-retirees to age out, but people with education, ideas, and knowledge or mid-career people would do better to look elsewhere. You will get to use in-house developed platforms, systems and tools that will erode your skills and make you unmarketable elsewhere. Stay too long and you will get stuck. The company is also changing its more flexible work from home policy to one that is more restrictive with basically no exceptions to be made. If you want to work at a modern workplace that is keeping up with the times and looking toward a new future, this is not it.
