Not much. Low level employees are nice. Decent location. Parking garage. Years ago people loved to work here, not anymore.
Cons
Where to start? Noisy office. Disorganized operations. Authoritative, vindictive leadership. No communication. Toxic environment. Micromanagement. Clueless - hard headed CEO surrounded by yes-men. Managers constantly screaming on employees. Revolving door across all departments. Low pay. High stress. HR is scared of CEO so you can't complain without fear of losing you job. And much more. If you are looking to accept job here think twice.
