      Nothing good to say about working at caldicot depot felt that some of the transport management abused there position and try bully tactics on some employees

      Cons

      Paid a salary which meant unless your in the click, you could be given more workload translating into more hours than others

      Pros

      Wages are good. And Monday / Friday, That's about all I can say about this company, oh and company sick pay

      Cons

      If you're good at you're job the more drops they put on you, very stressful and the router hasn't got a clue. I wouldn't recommend this job.
