Owning my own real estate brokerage, customer satisfaction and the reputation of a contractor/developer is always of the utmost concern. BG Development Group, although fairly "new", has quickly gained an outstanding following of dedicated professionals ready to represent them at sales. I have been working in this particular sector for three years, and BG stands out as a leader among developers. They are professional, deliver a quality product, go above and beyond in their attention to detail, and consistently maintain their reputation by their openness and transparency. Most often they are selling small ranches, and offer a variety of price points, to accommodate all budgets. Unlike other developers in this category, they ALWAYS have land listed at the price offered. If that were not the case, I would not put myself in a position to work with an unscrupulous company. Not to mention, they have a stair-step approach, which allows customers to find something within their budget. When I am showing properties, I am still under strict TREC guidelines to act in the best fiduciary interest of my customers, which is something I take seriously. I can always count on BG to deliver a product that exceed my customer's expectations, including price. The leadership at BG is top notch. They are honest, take care of those who represent the company and uphold their reputation by maintaining high standards.
