- nice office near to MRT, free packet drinks in office and highly flexible with working from home - good benefits, has medical card, company hospitalisation insurance and dental coverage - Friendly colleagues and supportive environment, good training ground for fresh grad - No toxic culture and extreme politics - Used to have fun team building activities before covid - Freedom to work on any roles if you voice out, they will not stop you - basic training is provided but the rest you’ll figure out by yourself when you are working - managers are equally friendly and open for suggestions, not much hierarchy - suitable for non-sales mindset person because you only focus on sourcing roles, no business development involves.
Cons
- limited clients and jobs to work on - salary is below market rate with little increment in the industry, this is a non-sales environment so no stress on forcing you to achieve targets, more work life balance. Suitable for non-sales person and definitely not for sales-driven person - company has no commission scheme (but even if they have you will still earn nothing because the target set is almost impossible to achieve) - management likes to experiment and proposed frequent changes in team structure
