Cons
Salaries are non competitive, with llttle to no merit increases, not enough to match cost of living. Bonuses this year were poor due to the company not meeting their goals. Employees are held to unreasonable metrics . One stop metric program does not reflect the variety demands of clients. Senior management hires family without any workload responsibilities. One such employee comes to work in bedroom slippers and watches movies on their phone all day. Policies are not consistent between one manager and another. Would recommend that the managers and mid management be more supportive to employees and development. Need to have clear , strong career paths promoted to employees. The company has lost several good employees in recent months not only necessarily to the lower compensation, but due to the low moral.
