Pros

At first you believe you are in a great company, as they give you really good training. But as you work there further you realize that the management staff is un-professional and more willing to point out your faults then help you. There are two managers that run the place, Tina and Cindy. The upper management are too busy to care about the staff and the lower management are to busy trying to please Tina and Cindy. Tina and Cindy have been there too long and have neither the training as a good manager nor the professionalism to identify a good employee/team player. The two ladies do not have much to do so they constantly review and patrol the team floor. When they don't like someone they report to the team leads who have to reprimand a team member for basically small mistakes. Instead of growing your professional career they aim to bring down moral in hopes you quit.

Cons

BGRS does not need middle management, the team leads and upper management are fine. The two ladies I mentioned earlier, are not the type of people you would hang out with in high school. They don't have the personality or experience to run an efficient company. Also, they don't have enough work to do, so they tend to focus on bringing the employees down. This is why there is a large turn over rate of employees with this company.
