They have a consistent history of using people and letting them go after one month or two of employment. The management does not know how to successfully start a hotel business and the on-going mess shows. I am surprised the Health Department didn't fine/close them yet.
Met staff and guests who will be lifelong friends.

No true depth of hospitality knowledge in corporate staff. Greedy. Hires relatives as GM's with no hotel experience. Promotes some to positions with big titles beyond their capabilities for minimal pay. Allows discriminatory hiring practices to continue. No corporate HR department. No health insurance. Huge turnover. Borderline unethical practices.
