This review is disheartening and does not reflect the BHG culture we’ve worked hard to create over the years. Since 2001, BHG has grown at an unprecedented rate, and this is not something that could have been achieved without strength in leadership, talented employees from all levels of the organization, and without embracing innovation every step of the way. In addition to prioritizing employee health and wellness (as reflected in the generous compensation, benefits, and perks we offer), we also make it a point to show our appreciation for the incredible work the team puts into every sale and project. With that said, it is the intent of the BHG leadership team to put together an operating plan that will allow the company and its employees to continue to achieve positive results. Like many other companies, we continue to face a difficult macroeconomic backdrop, meaning leadership must take into consideration many factors before making difficult decisions.
