The people here are very generous in giving food. As proteges, we are fed so well. There are some managers who care about our growth and path direction, willing to guide us for a clearer path development.

Zero growth. Judgemental employees with backdated mindset. Fussy managers. Very cocky with Proteges and treat us like we don’t matter, just because we’re trainees. Overload of work all the time, there are many backlogs. The management should be professional in fixing the situation instead of forcing us trainees to stay overtime and work on the backlogs. It’s bad enough with have to work OT but having bosses that are fussy and like to exclude proteges from the team. Then why bother hiring?

so far all good, for fresh graduate
