Needs significant improvement - Anonymous employee BI:PROCSI Employee Review

Poor communication from management, withholding information and not being clear to team. Salary low for required expertise, management deflected for as long as possible until being made redundant after asking for a review numerous times. Will try and catch you out one way or another. Management unable/unwilling to listen to SME's on the right way to build a successful product.
