Pros
1. Health Benefits are good. 2. Getting paid to see and learn how not to treat people. Great management lessons
Cons
Too many to list 1. Management frustrated by financials not improving. Thinks people are the issue and keeps blaming them. Never offers a vision or solution. 2. No Vision, No systems or the right people in place. 3. Management thinks that by offering you a job, they are doing you a favor. 4. When the whole world is moving towards a casual work and flexible work environment (post pandemic), management wants you to be physically present in the office, even when you can do your work remotely. 5. Does not pay accrued vacation, if you leave the company. Any company becomes successful because of its people and the ideas/value they bring in. This company has got that completely wrong.
