      Pros

      Hard to find pros, except very friendly and highly qualified colleagues.

      Cons

      HR department is working extremely slow, bad, impolite and with a lot of mistakes. The atmosphere in the office is very negative and "heavy". People are not satisfied with the company politics, working conditions, salary. Huge turnover in people, only a few who works more than 3-4 years. The company in general is making less and less projects, therefore many positions are closing.

      Every day looks different and is never boring. Lots a support to get certifications

      Cons

      Schedule is unknown until night before. On call once a month, but still not bad compared to other companies (can be done remote typically).

      Pros

      A good way to get in the industry. You can climb the ranks relatively quickly compared to other companies. Good products.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn’t seem to care enough to actually solve problems, a lot of tension between the local team. Lack of resources, you get locked in a contract and it’s hard to get out. This company is a revolving door.
