As the title suggests, BIP has built a very good corporate culture. Good work-life balance and above all, good vision and good values.
Cons
Salary not excellent but in line with other consulting firms. Onboarding is very fast, someone may not feel very well integrated at the beginning of working in this company, but after a while you easily get to know many people
