They bring people in with a so-called three-month probation, but it’s all a sham. They nitpick your work, drag out the probation for as long as they want, and keep you hanging with empty promises. After almost a year of chasing them for confirmation, they drop you without hesitation. I watched it happen to everyone around me - the whole process is nothing but a manipulative tactic. Run if you can.
