Pros

They are the most intelligent bosses. Noone can win over them. They only support people who dont have a single accomplishment outside their company so you will never be overshadowed by people wiser/ more talented than you. Check LinkedIn profiles of the professionals who were awarded & rewarded in last 4 years & those who were kicked out & compare their achievements outside BIS. You will have your answers.

Cons

As a 15 yrs old student I was a national scholarship holder with 142 National level trophies, Commanding officer in NCC, President of 11 National level clubs from Spic Macey to RD Parade, As a professional I have 16 International awards, 3 from UN and then I made the mistake of joining BIS Research- the CEO who was more interested in "me" rather than my work first reduced me to the position of Office boy, counting garbage bags to tissue papers and then to satisfy his girls further publicly humiliated me the extent of blocking my mail id and access to kicking me out of office publicly on grounds of "unprofessionalism & non-cooperation" as I denied to go for an out of station outing with him. I had to drag all my stuff lying in the office since I wasnt able to pick it up (including a flower pot) and he wouldnt allow even office boys to help me. Not only this but he and his HR team sply the girls followed me to my next job at Jaypee providing wrong information and are still doing so.
