To name a few: - Very exciting field to work in, especially given the current relevance of investing, technology and AI - Great company philosophy, with technology and AI not only being investment themes but also actively used internally - Very international team with smart, open-minded and approachable colleagues across different backgrounds - Results- and solution-oriented culture with a lot of ambition and drive - Flexible ways of working, both from a great office and remotely, without too much unnecessary bureaucracy - Varied tasks and a steep learning curve, with many opportunities to take ownership and improve how things are done - Strong focus on modern tech infrastructure, tools and state-of-the-art applications
Cons
No major downsides from my perspective. The environment is dynamic and there is always a lot going on, so good prioritization and comfort with change are important. It is not a place to rest on the status quo which keeps things exciting and creates many opportunities to learn and contribute.
