      Secret shoppers unrealistic expectations. Mediocre bill averages. low quality product, beer and food server scripts that turn you in to a robot server... "have you made your selections?"

      Very busy. Constant flow of customers coming in.

      Cons

      Wild expectations for servers. Run your food and the food for the whole rest of the floor. Bus for the whole floor. Obtain customer reviews in their internal system - your job depends on this - but the system only works 15% of the time and most customers won’t do it.
