      Moved up to cocktail, then bartender in a short period Good tips (on most days) Shifts were always up for grabs if you wanted to make some extra $$ Bartending was almost always a good time

      Say goodbye to having weekends off Be prepared to get stuck closing, it happens

      Very busy. Constant flow of customers coming in.

      Cons

      Wild expectations for servers. Run your food and the food for the whole rest of the floor. Bus for the whole floor. Obtain customer reviews in their internal system - your job depends on this - but the system only works 15% of the time and most customers won’t do it.
