      Rules and policies are clear; management is interested in staff members' well-being; fairly busy location (no boredom); most crew are fun and professional; opportunity to pick up extra work if desired

      Not much flexibility in enforcement of rules; some managers showed favoritism in decision-making; heavy workload of side tasks; tipping support employees was mandatory

      Very busy. Constant flow of customers coming in.

      Cons

      Wild expectations for servers. Run your food and the food for the whole rest of the floor. Bus for the whole floor. Obtain customer reviews in their internal system - your job depends on this - but the system only works 15% of the time and most customers won’t do it.
