Everyone has a different leadership style; however, in my personal experience, I have received condescending lectures and belittling remarks from the highest leaders. I would advise that you consider your career aspirations prior to joining the company as upward mobility is limited. The company culture is sink or swim, so if that bothers you or you like a collaborative environment, look elsewhere.
