Pros
I cannot say enough good things about this company! I have never been at an organization that cares as much about their employees as BKCW does. They have a flexible work schedule, are open to new ideas, and give you all the tools you need to be successful. Of all of the wonderful things they provide, I think what I personally like the most is that they foster a culture of honesty and integrity. The owners have such a high moral compass and strong sense of ethics that it makes me want to be a better person. Working there has made me grow not only as a professional, but as an overall person and for that I am extremely grateful. The competitive salary and benefits are a plus as well! I highly recommend a career with BKCW.
Cons
The closest thing to a con I can think of is that they are growing very quickly and sometimes there are pains associated with that growth. They recognize this and are being proactive about it though.
