BKCW has provided me with endless opportunities for advancement. All of my insurance education is paid for, there is a strong training program, and leadership always makes time for me if I have questions or if I need a boost. The culture is supportive (both leadership and my peers) and I feel like someone is always rooting for me to succeed both professionally and personally. I love that I am constantly challenged to learn more through continuing education, books that are personally recommended to me by the organizations leaders, and sales meetings. I also appreciate that top notch customer service is always expected. BKCW is a wonderful place to work. I highly recommend anyone join our team!

I'm not sure if this is a con, but insurance is hard work! There is a lot to learn to be successful in this job. If you are willing to work you will succeed and love your job!
