Work life balance and a flexible schedule within our core hours continue to be important aspect of our workplace culture and we’re glad to hear that is working well for you! In addition, maintaining an appropriate level of staffing to support the project workload is something we are continually evaluating to assess the needs across each of our disciplines in meeting our project commitments and client expectations! As one office with multiple practice sites, we take pride in our opportunities to collaborate seamlessly across the practice sites, serving our diverse client base across the many project sectors we work in. Maintaining and growing our wonderful team members is critically important to our leadership to reducing turnover and mentoring the next generation of leaders. We have found that meeting with our staff throughout the year for check-in discussion points helps support the ongoing dialogue that is important to understanding any areas of concern, areas of interest and growth, as well as future goals that we can help encourage and find opportunities in supporting our team members with.
