Pros
Work security conditions, are pretty good, over time hours are calculated and paid correctly and the salary - as I'm native Kosovar citizen- was pretty convenient.
Cons
My job contract was terminated unilaterally and not fairly. As I was returned from USA where I stayed during approved unpaid free vacation for two weeks – for me still in unclear and unjustified circumstances they terminated my employment!.....
