      Pros

      -Definitely a super fast paced environment. -Amazing company culture and you're truly surrounded by go-getters. People will always be trying to help you to improve or networking with you to see whats working best for you. -If you come there with the mentality of wanting to learn and grow this is definitely a place for you. -Management will invest time into you to make sure you fully understand anything and then ensure that you have the ability to execute. -The ability to grow is there as long as you show that you want it, which is unlike any other company I have worked for.

      -Fast paced growth to running your own business -Team oriented culture; My team name is BTR (Better Than the Rest) and we all hold each other accountable to what we say we will do. -Charismatic individuals who are goal driven, -Uncapped pay, so you determine how much you're worth -Unlimited support from hundreds of others who have been in the position you are in -Learn to be disciplined with time management, having a structure, teaching and training, and much more.

      -One of the hardest things about this job is starting a day off with a great attitude and maintaining that positive attitude throughout the day.

      Having Team BTR be apart of the BL Legacy team has been the best. We wouldn't be the team we are if you weren't apart of that. I'm so happy that we've been able to help you take advantage of the uncapped potential and are making really good money. I know when I was going through the program, the support was probably my favorite thing and I'm happy you're able to experience that as well and see the benefits of that. And no one said maintaining your attitude all day was easy every single day but you've grown so much and you've been able to get SO MUCH better with that. We will continue to teach and train. I am most thankful that you are a huge part is helping us develop the BL Legacy brand.
