      Pros

      BLDD is a collection of interesting people. Many are fun, honest, hard-working people. There are also some very creative staff members.

      Cons

      Projects and people are managed poorly, starting at the top. Management doesn't have good methods for dealing with human resource issues or staff scheduling. The company has laid off around 10-15% of its workforce twice in four years. Salaries are pretty low for the industry average.
