I really proud to be work here. Work environment is amazing. Supportive senior always available for any critical situation to give us best support, I liked the interaction with my team members, project manager and dm. Also, salary and appraisals are always nice. I have worked on many challenging tasks till last month and got appreciated equally.

I haven't had any bad phase till now.

Nothing, really there is NOTHING good about this company. Yes, it’s ZERO and Empty mind of peoples. No Positive Environment even no working Environment. But yes they has few good things:: Company timing is 9AM to 6AM (alternate Sat off) , but employees comes after 9:30-9:45 and moves before 5:30pm.. as no one is there who ask you to come or leave on time...yes they will not ask ..because they though if they will ask for these, the employees will ask for their PENDING salaries and will give revert advice to transfer them on time (their future salaries)..

- Nothing is good about this company. - Now they has ~10 employees. - Few OLD employees are still working because their past months salaries are pending. - Quality of the products that company delivers is extremely bad and not up to the mark . - There is no incentives for any type or kind of hard work. - During the interview you may be offered good salary and later you have to wait to get your monthly salary, no fix date for salary transfer. - Office environment is completely negative that everybody who comes in the organization thinks to leave as soon as possible. - Worst thing is they show a 1 year experienced developer as 4-5 year experienced developer to CLIENT and expect the resource to work like 6 year experienced developer. - No facilities, Less salary hike and even no salary in some months.. - Management never cares for delaying projects at their own process. - Your hard work will never be recognized. - Employer is not faithful as any day/time he can FIRE you without any reason without any discussion ( only reason they have no money and good projects for you only Wordpress projects) DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY, EVEN IF YOU ARE READY TO WORK FOR FREE!BCZ SOME TIME YOU WILL NOT GET THE SALARY ON TIM
