Pros
Remote working makes the job flexible
Cons
Hired pretty much on the spot to fill an opening. Zero onboarding, thrown straight in the deep end. Gradually they started implementing processes to make things more streamlined but it took months of chaos. Was made redundant as so many brands were dropping out due to poor performance there wasn’t enough work for me. Manager had been great up until this point but then couldn’t even be bothered firing me himself, got a colleague of mine to do it. No HR present, never heard from him again. Really jarring experience at a very bizarre company with a real hire and fire culture. The positive reviews of this company have been made by higher ups trying to outweigh all the negative ones from the many fired employees
