Pros

BM2 is worth your time only if you plan to leave within a year. Its the classic first job out of college where you can regroup and plan your next step. I recommend working here if you genuinely have a desire to move up in the supply chain industry and want to use this as a stepping stone into a more prestigious company or if you have no idea what to do after college. Fun people.

Cons

Terrible industry, where your entire career and income is dependent upon illiterate truck drivers. Literally the lowest of the low work in this field. You can't trust your drivers, your customers, management or fellow employees. Everyone will stab you in the back at some point so they can make an extra 50 bucks. If you have any ambition in life do not work here. You will have NO work/life balance. Your free time will consist of you dealing with terrible drivers and angry customers. It's a high stress job that will always keep you anxious and worried about being fired.

Thank you for your review! Our industry is definitely not for everyone. In a 24/7 industry we do our best to provide a healthy work-life balance for our people. Granted some parts of our industry aren't very glamorous and may be a bit challenging, but it is good honest work! A sizeable chunk of our employees are within their 5 - 10 year tenure which is a huge point of pride for us. We are sorry this was your perception and hope that is has changed over the years!
