      -Decent pay -Hours are not horrible compared to big brokerages (not forced to monitor emails after hours)

      Cons

      -HORRIFIC leadership: little structure, no accountability & middle-level managers openly say racist comments -Terrible onboarding and training. Make one mistake and get roasted in front of your peers -If you're complacent and enjoy hearing a bunch of nonathletic guys reminisce about their JV high school sports, this is the place for you -If you shut your mouth and stay complicit in the bigotry/drama, you'll be good. Otherwise, pack your bags

      The management team will sit down with you on a weekly basis and go over your wins and losses from the previous week, and will help guide you in the right direction.

      Cons

      It's a tough industry to make it in, but the wins are rewarding.
