      -Small agency and team sizes allow you to take on work above your pay grade -Diverse client portfolio -Collaborative environment -Fun work events (pre-covid)

      Cons

      -Despite plenty of agency "best practices," there was really little to no on-boarding and training process -Employees encouraged to share feedback in confidence only to find the confidentiality of those conversations was not maintained -Mixed messages from leadership on benchmarks for success -Laid back atmosphere bordered on unprofessional and disrespectful at times

      Pros

      Free lunch at times, small office (so you weren’t just a number in the payroll).

      Cons

      If you weren’t a favorite, it was blatantly obvious. They constantly talked negative about past employees and joked around about workplace situations that should have been taking more serious. It was very unprofessional. Lots of ego for not enough flashy clients.
