- Completely unprofessional - the “vp” was constantly talking about employees to other employees, sometimes right behind their back.. no, literally. Standing directly behind their back. You had to suck up to her to stay on her good side. - No merit raises for any employees despite constant positive feedback & workload doubling - Under. Paid. When I went to my next job, they couldn’t believe what I was being paid here. Spend less on extravagant Christmas parties, party buses, free snacks, pizza parties and pay your employees a living wage. Nobody cares about a cool office anymore - Too many people in management with an old school mindset. Get with the times or you’ll keep losing talent - Management freaked at the idea of posting on blackouttuesday & made a lot of people uncomfortable - Weird hours. Used to be 8:30-5:30 and then management acted like heroes when they changed it to 5. So an 8.5 hour work day where no one took a lunch break.. ever?
