      The work environment facilitated learning and mangers were generally supportive.

      Cons

      The transition between being a financial analyst and being promoted to associate is about 2 years. Not necessarily a con, but something to keep in mind.

      Big corporation with good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
