The opportunity for growth is there; however, this area is poorly managed. A clear path for growth should be outlined in the yearly performance review and should be supported by management.
Cons
Awful work environment with little to no support for employees. The expectation (in terms of working hours) is horrendous. This is not an environment that supports a well balanced work/private life.
