Pros
The people in the team. Lots of diverse people from different backgrounds. IT team are lovely to deal with and are not given enough recognition.
Cons
Management right up to the CEO. Dodgy to clients and employees. Don't even bother with HR. Thy just do what they are told by senior management even if ur right. Saw a lot of ppl fall into that trap.
