No Benefits to report. I worked as a Team Leader but had to leave because of a Campaign Co-ordinator not doing his job properly in training me and sabotaging the phone dialer to make me look bad or incompetent. I advised that information he was providing me was insufficient to execute my role but he responded with a personal attack on me on numerous occasions. When i went to HR about it and I was told that it was just the way the coordinator was and that was acceptable.
Cons
The staff I had in my team were downright rude and insulting and should have been terminated for the behaviour but my manager and the campaign co-ordinator would not listen and even the HR girl would not listen either. The Telstra client would make requests that were just not possible for me to do and run the team at the same time. I requested some QA support to listen to calls for me but was told no by my Manager and no matter how long it took I was supposed to do it. I calculated the time it would take to listen to all the calls made and it worked out to be 90 hours a week and overtime was not part of my wages.
