Pros
- Large company with a classic structure, good if you come just out of college to get to know how corporations work - Company vehicles very well equipped - Quite open management, transparency top-down up to a certain (high) level - Dynamic company, challenging environment to work in
Cons
- Takes a very long time to make any advancements career wise - When you just entered the company straight out of college and want to grow one level you will have to wait + 7 - 8 years meanwhile making no advancements, or very little advancements, wage wise - Lack of trust in juniors - Processflows are the achillesheel of the company, takes way to long to effectuate change
