* 7 or 8 hour work (depending on your contract) and not a minute more, almost ever * Line management is nice and avoids micro managing * Innovating company culture
Cons
* Benefits are on the very lower end. Have to work there 10+ years to reach a visible salary (compared to an IT company). * Maximum annual personal bonuses are enough for inflation correction. * High management heavily opts for "get the people as cheap as possible" attitude, therefore salaries are low and there're a lot of external colleagues who are lazy, inexperienced or simply stupid.
