Great Product and clients to work with.
Cons
Due to changes and "Future Retail" they are no longer a premium experience for customers. I was told for 20 years we provided the best shopping experience. BMW and Dealerships have changed to a Toyota / Mazda operation of jerking customers around and clients was now telling me they hate it. I'm told now by every Client Advisor still there they hate it and it is no longer fun. Also pay cuts.
