Pros
The money is extreamly good. Some dealerships pay a hourly + commission, which is awesome. If your young professional looking for a job that will suplement above average living , then this is the job for you.
Cons
Product knowledge & and a geniune love for BMW's is really needed in order to continuously progress and not get bored in this position. It's very repetitive and you deal with the same things on a daily basis.
