      - free coffee / late / espresso - modern dealership - friendly coworkers - many fun events organized for employees - xmas party with gifts - good benefits / retirement saving plans

      Cons

      - long work hours for some, open till 9pm all week - noticed some favouritism when hiring or promoting - environment can become quite competitive - special treatment and special benefits to some employees, not fair for others

      Pros

      Takes care of customers, has available a huge range of brand models, very familial as a environment, super professional employee who know their products and promos, flex hours, bistro for clients and employees and free coffee.

      Cons

      Poor benefits (insurance), not a lot of vacation (2week first 5 years), no training available.
