      Pros

      Amazing working environment with a satisfactory salary and benefits. It needs full dedications from employees even if work requires relocating to a near by associate entities. Worked overtime sometimes while it was possible to push it to the next day.

      Friendly lower employees, comprehensive legal publication coverage, location near metro station in Crystal City

      Disorganized, inexperienced, directionless upper management; powerless middle management; too many incompetent and unfocused marketing and sales staff and not enough content editors and writers; disorganized budgeting; too much focus on "beautifying" old building and no focus on improving publishing software systems; disorganized and illogical workflow/work processes; difficult to obtain promotions
