I was able to advance my career at BNB.
I got promoted nearly every year.
They have top quality equipment.
The co-workers while I was there were great and do miss them.
I would recommend new graduates and fresh bankers to start with BNB but as soon as you gather your skills move on to better opportunities.
Cons
I was not compensated for my responsibilities. After just 3 years and even with promotions my pay scale was under the average in an area with a high cost of living. After 6.5 years I was paid under $15k the average for my position and responsibilities I had to leave for proper compensation.
I was almost denied my last promotion by Upper Management from due to Not receiving a calendar invite to a meeting, therefore missing the meeting and had to prove that it was never sent to me.
