Wouldn't wish on my worst enemy - Anonymous employee BNK Bank Employee Review

I would highly recommend NOT working at BNK Bank. I was an employee for just over a year and have never experienced such an unprofessional and toxic environment to work for. BNK refuses to actually spend funds on any development and technology, making it almost impossible to do any role within the Bank. You will be under resourced AND underpaid, most likely ending up doing two roles due to the turn over. The good employees leave asap – just look at the turn around. I would not wish a role within BNK on my worst enemy.
