Pros

-Generally people on the floor (non-management) were good to work with and would put on social events after work which was great. These people are the reason I'm giving it two stars rather than one star. -Travel (if you like that sort of thing, this can also be a con) -Nice new offices in Denver and CT -Working hours weren't terrible but there are often times where employees do stay very late. -Work run events like barbeques or picnics and the holiday parties are great. Doing more of these events will help bolster morale and further connect employees.

Cons

-Poor pay; for example the engineers that work there can get paid better in almost any other engineering role out there. The pay is almost disrespectful to them honestly. -There is a massive disconnect between management and the designers on the floor. Management has no idea how to use any software and they just demand what they want, while those on the floor just have to try and appease them. Poor dynamic which can create tension. -Very little room for advancement because it is a flat hierarchy company. -Could have been much clearer during interview about what the role actually entailed. I wasn't anticipating to be required to do certain things that ended up being asked of me. -Poor benefits, no 401k match or anything which is very uncompetitive with most companies. Some of the bonus they promise you goes into the 401k that you can't do anything with. -Lack of common work standards; certain managers may want something completely different than other managers which creates frustration amongst employees. -Poor management; some can be very condescending which results in the potential for employees to be demoralized. -High employee turnover and can be a volatile industry whenever airports are affected since they do baggage systems here. -Anything IT-wise that you have to do is left largely up to you to figure out. They have project managers and directors also acting as IT managers and understandably have other important things to do rather than fully support IT issues. -Floor personnel can be very cliquey and if you're not in "the group" you can feel left out.

Pros

There is a decent variety of work.

Cons

It is a very stringent company and you get very little say over what projects you can work on or how much/little travel you need to do.
