Great coworkers. A company that is concerned about more than profit. Benefits are family oriented. Overtime is usually available. Good retirement plan. There is a lot of help for employees if you know where to find it. They do address employee concerns if enough people talk. Ie transportation schedules allowing time off.

Cons

Production metrics drive management decisions. This grinds employees down.
