Pros

Great Benefits and Pay Wages

Cons

Draconian Slave System built on the backs of hard-working engineers and conductors. Uses a points system that caps out at 30 points. In order to get 4 of those points back you need to stay marked up (no taking days off and on call 24/7) for 25 days consecutively. If your happily married with kids don't take this job. The company does not care about you or your family and that's a fact. They only care about their profits and what looks good on paper.

Pros

Great people and strong coworkers across the organization. The company offers competitive pay, strong benefits, and good overall stability. There are many experienced employees who care about the work and are willing to help others succeed.

Cons

The organization can be very hierarchical, which sometimes makes it difficult to drive change or move quickly. Decisions often require multiple layers of approval, so it can take longer than expected to finalize direction or make progress. There is also limited flexibility compared to what many other companies offer, especially when it comes to working arrangements.
