Some coworkers are great — just like anywhere else.
Cons
Overall, the rat race is really picking up. You can’t count on your manager at any level. They’ll say nice things to you, but in the end, don’t expect anything good. Even when everything looks great and you’re delivering results, a bolt from the blue can still hit you. It’s not worth the stress or the time to stay in this company.
